PeopleLYNK promotes patient engagement in cooperation with PrimeSUITE®, Greenway’s integrated practice management and electronic health record offering. Based on criteria in PrimeSUITE established by the provider organization, PeopleLYNK automates certain interactions with patients, including reminders, lab results, prescription notifications, clinical alerts and other communications. PeopleLYNK’s capabilities are intended to be made available to all Greenway customers over time.
Patient engagement contributes to improved population health and patient satisfaction, and is a major goal of meaningful use Stage 2.
