Important Notice Regarding Recruiting Practices

We have been made aware of certain fraudulent schemes that have been conducted by individuals or organizations claiming to represent Greenway Health or members of the Greenway Health recruitment team.  These schemes include incidents involving individuals falsely claiming to represent our company in order to issue fake job offers or request payment from jobseekers. Employment scams are becoming more common and job seekers are often the target. If you’re looking for a new job, to protect yourself keep an eye out for scams.

Important things to know about the Greenway recruiting process:

  • All available Greenway jobs are always posted on our career site via Hirebridge.
  • Greenway Health never charges fees or requests payment, deposits, or financial information during the hiring process.
  • The Greenway recruitment team will never ask for sensitive personal information such as your social security number, date of birth, financial information, driver’s license number, or passport information over the phone or via email during the interview process.
  • We always schedule video interviews through Microsoft Teams, we do not require you to install any applications on your computer, and we do not use chat services for interviews.
  • Official offers of employment are sent to a candidate’s email address as an offer letter. We do not extend offers via text or through LinkedIn.
  • Communications should only be trusted if they come from recruiters using @greenwayhealth.com.
  • Do not respond to messages requesting money or offering guaranteed employment.
  • Report any suspicious outreach to Greenway immediately to Recruiting@greenwayhealth.com U.S. job seekers may also report suspicious activity to the Federal Trade Commission.
