Education assistance

Our education assistance program encourages team members to enhance their professional development and career advancement at Greenway Health.   

Health Savings Account

For those with a high-deductible health plan, dollars are deducted pre-tax from their paycheck. Greenway also will make contributions to their accounts.

401(k) matching

Eligible team members can participate and benefit from end-of-year matching contributions and immediate vesting in the company’s match.

Company events

Greenway supports our local communities by sponsoring and participating in events that benefit various science, technology, engineering, and math-based programs. Our charitable giving helps shape the well-being of the communities where we live and work.   

Walking club

This wellness program encourages team members to take a break from work and stretch their legs to achieve their fitness goals. Greenway Health’s walking club meets weekly — walkers earn points toward wellness discounts.

Greenway Health’s wellness program — The Motivation Alliance — helps team members stay focused on living stronger, healthier, and more positive lives and is aligned with our American Heart Association “Fit-Friendly Worksite” designation.


  • Charitable contributions: We give team members the opportunity to make donations from their paychecks on a pre-tax basis to our affiliated philanthropic organizations.
  • Company sponsorship: Our mission to expand possibilities in care extends to the community by sponsoring events to raise money for our partner organizations.
  • Core focus: We participate in events that raise awareness for each of our four affiliated organizations, including golf tournaments, races, bake sales, toy drives, and more.

Dynamic work environment

Not everyone’s schedule fits the confines of a 9-5 shift. Greenway Health supports clients nationwide, which allows for diverse scheduling options in select positions. 

Greenway Health recognizes eight paid national holidays. Team members can accrue paid time off each pay period starting on their first day.

Family events

We host events encouraging family participation. They include family picnics, Take Your Child to Work Day, and external company activities that include family members as guests.

Wellness workspaces

Our campuses have common areas team members can use to increase activity while they work. The areas have standing desks, under-desk ellipticals and pedals, as well as stability balls.

On-site food choices

A variety of food and drink options are available for team members. They include complimentary coffee and tea in break rooms. Some campuses have a micro market with a selection of healthy foods. 

Mothers’ room

A private, comfortable space on our campuses is dedicated to nursing mothers.

Fitness center

Team members can ramp up their health goals in our campus fitness centers.

The Greenway family lives its values every day. To help us stay in touch with our company’s culture, we have a calendar filled with volunteer events, company lunches, and much more.

Employee picnics

Nothing brings people together like a good meal. Company-hosted picnics are a great way for teammates, friends, and family to gather outdoors and enjoy food, fun, and games.


Associates can give a virtual High Five to team a member for a job well done. Awards are presented for the most High Fives given and received. Our LOV award honors people who stand out for Living Our Values.


Greenway team members have made a positive impact in the community through their involvement in Habitat for Humanity, Boy & Girls Clubs of America, American Cancer Society, and other organizations.
