Company will spotlight Intergy at HIMSS19 as the backbone of its next-generation platform now in development, and the path to greater innovation

2019-Klass_Most-Improved

TAMPA, Florida, Feb. 7, 2019 — Continuing its commitment to quality and innovation, Greenway Health, a leading health information technology and services provider, today announced it has received a 2019 Best in KLAS: Most Improved Physician Practice Product for Intergy, the company’s cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) and practice management solution. The distinct recognition was based on customer satisfaction responses and overall value, placing Intergy highest among other competitive solutions.

The company will showcase its suite of complete electronic health records and ambulatory practice management platforms, including Intergy, at the HIMSS19 Global Conference & Exhibition in booth #1741 from Feb. 11-15 in Orlando, Florida.

KLAS Research named Greenway’s Intergy most improved physician practice product for mid-sized providers (11-75) in its 2019 Best in KLAS: Software & Services report, noting the company’s improved vendor relationships, communication, better overall value, and clear product roadmap as reasons for the ranking.

“Recognition from a trusted industry research group like KLAS tells us that our mission to fuel our customers’ success with the best technology and services is working,” said Richard Atkin, CEO of Greenway Health. “We have focused our company on creating a culture of quality, compliance and innovation, and are partnering more deeply with our customers to help transform their practices for better patient health outcomes and greater financial success. Innovation plays a critical role in that transformation.”

KLAS ranks healthcare IT software and services vendors following thousands of extensive interviews with healthcare providers and payers. Intergy saw a 19% increase in overall score, according to the KLAS report.

"We love Intergy. It’s an absolutely fantastic platform,” said Sadhna Jani, CFO for Burlington Neurology and Sleep Clinic. “I love the logic of it, its functionality, and ease of use.”

Optimized to empower ambulatory practices to succeed in value-based care, Intergy is Greenway’s innovative, cloud-based EHR and practice management solution built to address the clinical, regulatory and revenue challenges of today’s providers. Intergy will evolve into Greenway’s next-generation platform. That state-of-the-art platform will introduce technology that improves the patient experience and the health of populations, drives practice efficiencies to help providers avoid burnout, reduces costs, and supports new government payment models.

Kali Durgampudi, a recognized leader in healthcare and an Innovation Advisory Board member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), was recently named chief technology and innovation officer at Greenway, responsible for driving product excellence. “Our focus at the company is to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions on time, every time,” he said. Durgampudi recently received the CHIME Foundation’s prestigious Industry Leader Award for 2018. “Our recent KLAS awards demonstrate a Greenway that is well-positioned as a market leader to set the bar high when it comes to quality and innovation in healthcare.”

For the second year in a row, KLAS also named Greenway as its 2019 Category Leader for Ambulatory RCM Services (2018-2019). This prestigious ranking highlights Greenway Revenue Services’ position as the top-ranked revenue cycle management vendor in a highly competitive ambulatory market.

Greenway will highlight its solutions at HIMSS19 in the Interoperability Showcase area. If you would like to learn more about Intergy and Greenway’s plans for future innovation, visit booth #1741.
