A leader of large, successful teams in both consumer and business-to-business markets, Robert has more than seven years of experience in health information technology. Prior to joining Greenway, he was Vice President, Customer Success at Kareo. Before that, he was Senior Vice President of Client Success at NextGen Healthcare.
Robert believes in the values of service, excellence, and business acumen — and that an organization that abides by these values must align around improving the lives of clients at every level.
A native of Orange County, California, Robert holds a bachelor’s in applied psychology from California State University Long Beach and an executive MBA from the University of La Verne in Southern California. Although he was interested in human resources early in his career, he fell in love with client-centered functions and never looked back.
