The Tampa Bay Business Journal awarded Kirsten Schreiter, Greenway’s Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness and Transformation, with its prestigious People First Award. Kirsten was one of 17 individuals named 2019 People First honorees.
The People First Awards honor “the work human resources professionals and their businesses perform to make their Tampa Bay area firms successful,” according to TBBJ.
Kirsten has 15 years of experience in human resources, the last year and a half with Greenway. She has played a critical role in developing a talent strategy to attract and retain the best and brightest in the industry, as well as implementing a cultural roadmap to support our strategic organizational goals. Kirsten makes sure our “people processes” align with Greenway’s larger vision.
She was honored at a luncheon at the Hilton St. Petersburg.
