It’s no surprise that a former mascot for the University of Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens now leads team development as Greenway’s Chief Organizational Transformation Officer.
Michele’s people and performance leadership experience spans more than 20 years and includes a role as Executive HR Business Partner for GE Digital and GE Aviation. Throughout her career, Michele has shaped workplaces through collaboration, team development, and a relentless focus on the client, helping organizations thrive.
Her commitment to Greenway’s priorities and values underscores the importance of team members working together to support clients and partners and inspiring one another to embody higher standards. Michele believes Greenway’s values are integral to the everyday behavior of its associates — and what set the company apart from others.
Outside the office, Michele applies her love of helping others to service on two nonprofit boards: Tyler’s Hope for a Cure, and the Leadership Advisory Council for the Center for Movement Disorders and Neurorestoration at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital.
While the arena has changed since her days as a college mascot, Michele’s passion for team development and excellence continues to score points by expanding possibilities in care.
