Understanding client needs, energizing the team
As Vice President of Sales at Greenway, Matthew has excelled at managing teams, analyzing client needs, and identifying opportunities to help the company deliver innovative solutions and high-quality services. Matthew has an extensive background in solution selling, business development, client relations, and employee development.
He developed coaching programs to shift sales managers from a deal approach to a coaching role, enabling and sustaining strong, driven, and resourceful sellers and managers. Matthew consistently exemplifies the Greenway values of service to the client and accountability in his work.
Matthew joined Greenway in 2010 from Tech Data, where he was a sales representative and product champion. He started at Greenway as an individual contributor and has been promoted to higher levels of leadership throughout his tenure with the company.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration/Marketing from the University of South Florida. He and his wife have two daughters. He spends his spare time golfing, biking, scuba diving, and shuttling his kids to dance competitions.
