Vista Equity Partners and Greenway Health

Leading global investment firm Vista Equity Partners (Vista) acquired Greenway Medical Technologies in 2013, taking the publicly traded company private. The company changed its name to Greenway Health, LLC, when it merged with Vista-owned Vitera Healthcare Solutions (formerly Sage North America’s healthcare division), as part of the acquisition agreement.

Since partnering with Vista, Greenway has reached several milestones, including further development of its service offerings. Today, Greenway Health provides electronic health records (EHR), practice management and revenue cycle management solutions that help medical practices grow, work more efficiently and improve patient outcomes.
