CARROLLTON, Georgia, Mar. 28, 2016 — Over the years, Greenway Health has won a number of honors for being a top place to work, and the healthcare information technology leader has just received another — as one of the Top Workplaces in greater metro Atlanta. The recognition came through an independent annual survey sponsored by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee-feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, such as alignment, execution and connection.
All Greenway Health staff in the counties included in the AJC survey area were invited to participate. Out of 739 qualifying team members, 521 completed the survey — giving the company an impressive 71% response rate.
Survey benchmarks were based on the most current data from similarly sized companies in Greenway’s peer group represented in the WorkplaceDynamics database.
As an example, Greenway Health team members in the most satisfied group — those with 10 to 15 years’ tenure — enabled Greenway to exceed benchmarks by 38% for career training, 26% for managerial support, and 20% higher for managers caring about their staff members’ concerns.
