Our training programs help ensure the success of investment in Greenway® solutions and your partnership with our team. We offer a regular schedule of classes, including web-based classes offered at no charge.
Classes are conducted at the Greenway Training Center (GTC) in Carrollton, GA, or via instructor-led distance learning (online), depending on the course. Additionally, custom training can be delivered at the customer’s site to meet special requirements. Greenway also offers regional training opportunities.

The Practice Management curriculum targets practice administration professionals and offers training for administrators, supervisory personnel, billing managers, managing physicians, and application system administrators.
Primarily focused on the clinical staff, the electronic health record (EHR) curriculum provides training solutions for physicians, nurses and other affiliated health professionals, medical records, charge entry and check-out personnel, clinical administrators, application super-users, administrators, office managers and billing managers.
