Tampa, FL – Sept. 25, 2012 — Vitera Healthcare Solutions, one of the nation’s largest providers of electronic health records and practice management software and services, announced today the successful conclusion of its first annual user conference, VIBE (Vitera Innovate Build Exchange), and a record number of attendees. VIBE was held September 12 through 14 at the Disney Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Orlando, Fla.
The name of the conference derives from Vitera’s dedication to innovation, building solutions that suit the real needs of its customers, and exchanging information, best practices and ideas with them. In that spirit, VIBE 2012 gave customer attendees the opportunity to engage with product management, development, professional services and support.
“VIBE 2012 was a complete success in that we were able to establish a direct rapport with our customers that will assist us in meeting their needs and expectations more effectively,” said Matthew Hawkins, CEO of Vitera healthcare Solutions. “With over 60 sessions, 12 hours of peer-to-peer networking and hours of one-on-one consultations and demonstrations, VIBE was full of energy, packed with product training and centered on customer engagement.”
This was the first user conference the company has held since becoming Vitera Healthcare Solutions in 2011. VIBE 2012 featured interactive lectures and roundtables covering valuable topics such as practice profitability, patient engagement, incentive and regulatory programs and demonstrations on Vitera Intergy Mobile and Vitera Stat soon to be released. As part of the basic registration fee, CEUs in Meaningful Use, ICD-10 and Administrative Simplification were offered free of charge.
